HOW TO REGISTER - There are two steps to register...please read carefully.

Step #1: 

 

MAXIMUM 24 TEAMS (18 competitive / 6 recreational)

To complete Step #1 in the registration process, include your captain's name, e-mail address and phone number (ignore company name box).  In the message box, include your team name, player names and division (competitive or recreation).  Registration fee is $50.00 per team.

Step #2 - How to Pay:

 

As in past years...this is a first pay, first play tournament.  As of today (March 13, 2012) we have two spots open.  If you have registered and pay before Tuesday, March 20, 2012 you are guaranteed a spot in this year's tournament.  After March 20, 2012 the bracket will be open to teams on a waiting list.  

 

To finalize your registration please follow the below instructions...

 

Make a cheque payable to the Huntington Society of Canada in the amount of $50.00 and drop off or mail to...Joe Hays, 1922 Mapleridge Dr., Peterborough, ON.,  K9K 2E4.   Include your team name in the memo section. 

 

Once I have received payment, I will e-mail you to confirm your spot.
